My name is Lavinia Meek and I am the Founder of BeVisible Online Solutions Ltd. I’ve spent over two decades working across hospitality, business operations, sales, staff development, creative and performing arts, and customer success — and along the way, I discovered my real passion: creating innovative solutions that help businesses evolve with their technological side.

Six years ago, I started working independently, and over time I partnered with expert contractors and developers who share my vision. Together, we’ve built what is now the foundation of BVOS (BeVisible Online Solutions), an agency that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and the belief that technology should make life easier for businesses and their teams. Over the last two years, I’ve fallen in love with AI and the journey that followed with it inspired me to dive deep into building automations, Voice AI agents, and digital tools that don’t just support your business — they help lead its operational transformation.

My goal is clear:

to bring new technology to those industries and businesses that have been left behind, in a way that supports both their tech evolution and revolution. At the same time, I also enjoy coaching Creative AI and offer my creative services where needed.
