I’ve spent over two decades working across hospitality, business operations, sales, staff development, and customer success — and along the way, I discovered my real passion: creating innovative solutions that help businesses evolve with their technological side.

Six years ago, I started working independently, and over time I partnered with expert contractors and developers who share my vision. Together, we’ve built what is now the foundation of BVOS (BeVisible Online Solutions), an agency that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and the belief that technology should make life easier for businesses and their teams.

Over the last two years, I’ve fallen in love with AI and the journey that followed with it inspired me to dive deep into building Voice AI agents and digital tools that don’t just support hospitality — they help lead its transformation.
