Terms & Conditions of BeVisible Online Solutions - Consultation Subscriptions and other Subscriptions made available on this site.



1. Acceptance of Terms


By subscribing to the services from BeVisible Online Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Agreement


Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until cancelled. To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice via email at least 30 days before the next billing date and receive a confirmation of the cancellation from us. The subscriptions available are referring to the services listed in the packages advertised on this website.

Please note: Subscriptions to GoHighlevel or other white label brands featured on this website are billed separately and governed by their respective Terms and Conditions and agencies. The Terms outlined here apply solely to the primary services of marketing, sales, and business consultation offered directly by BeVisible Online Solutions.

2.a BeVisible Hospitality Network Community Subscription plans

When you sign up to our community you will be automatically charged by Stripe the standard $30 fee which will be a monthly recurring fee until you decide to stay a member of the community. Lavinia Meek may offer initial Trial periods and as such if the trial periods and as such as soon as you sign up you will be granted access to the group and full features like newsletters and resources as well as all the other channels. Stripe in this case will only charge your card once the 14 days period has lapsed. You can delete your subscription from your profile and community portal at any time. However, I would prefer if you could contact me to discuss the reasons for the cancellation.

2.b The Early Bird offer is only applicable for the first 100 subscribers to our community list, and as such they will benefit of this discounted fee for a whole year (12 months) from the date o subscription (which will coincide with the date the community will be launched). After 12 months the monthly charge will automatically change to the standard $20 a month fee. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Due to the small fee and the amount of content provided no refund is given upon cancellation. UPDATE 01.11.2024 - As of the 1st Nov 2024 The Early Bird fee offer has been cancelled. Anyone who took advantage of this offer will be subject to the original discount as per above specified ($5 x month for 12 months then $20 a month).

Failed payment ad overdue payments:

Should we get notifications that your payment has failed or is overdue, we will send you automatic notifications and reminders. Stripe re-tries a payment that is overdue twice within 14 days. Should these 14 days laps and your payment still not be valid, we will cancel your subscription and notify you by email. You will be able to ask to re-register at any time by sending us an email to [email protected]

3. Payment and Billing


All payments for business subscriptions are processed securely through Wise or Stripe, our trusted payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon subscription fee to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Scheduling Consultations Sessions


Upon subscription, we will contact you to discuss and schedule your consultations sessions in advance, which will be conducted via Zoom or phone call based on mutual availability and preference, of course.

5. Package Updates


We reserve the right to modify or update our consulting packages, services, and fees at our discretion based on market conditions and global situations. Changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with appropriate notice.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy


All information shared during consultation sessions will be treated confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of providing your with consultation services and to receive marketing materials, unless you opted out.

7. Intellectual Property


All consulting materials, content, and resources provided to you during the subscription period are the intellectual property of BeVisible Online Solutions and are intended for your personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without our permission is prohibited.

8. Termination


We reserve the right to terminate your subscription in the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any unethical behavior.

You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to BeVisible Online Solutions, sent to [email protected]

9. Disclaimer


Our consulting sessions and services are intended to provide support and guidance and do not constitute professional certifications or qualifications. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

10. Additional Services


If you are booking services provided in our Starter package, where only a $150 one time fee is charged, you will not be subject to any form of subscription.

The Purchase of GHL and/or signing up to other services offered by other brands advertised on this website, are done separately and do not constitute part in these Terms and Conditions for BeVisible Online Solutions.

We abide by a strict Code of Ethics to ensure professionalism and integrity in all our interactions.

  1. Why we use an Unsubscribe Link In our Emails

Digital laws might differ from country to country, but almost every country states that you must have an unsubscribe link in your email. The most

popularly referenced law is - US’s CAN-SPAM (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing) legislation enforced by the Federal Trade Commission.

In May 2018, GDPR became a compulsory rule for any brand with subscribers in the EU.

According to article 17 of GDPR, ‘Right to erasure,’ data subjects (subscribers) have the right to ask for their data to be deleted. In that case, data

controllers have to comply with it. They have to delete any data when it’s no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or the data holder/subjects withdraw consent for it to be used.

If a contact unsubscribes from an email list, they are exercising their 'Right to erasure', and the data controller (the email list owner) has to unsubscribe them and delete their data. At the bottom of our emails from the first email you receive from us, you have the chance to unsubscribe. However the unsubscription and deletion action may be a disruption of services if you are a current client or have an appointment with us. In case of the latter, please send us an email with subject: "Unsubscribe from[marketing or newsletters] but not system notifications" or else you will be completely delete along with the appointments, community access you have booked/purchased. If you are unsure, please send us an email to [email protected] to discuss the level of unsubscription you may wish to have.

Non-compliance with GDPR can lead to a fine amounting to €20 million or 4% of annual global turnover, whichever is higher.

13.Voice calls, SMS, emails and AI voice calls

By visiting our site, interacting with our emails and social media lead collecting tools, advertising and marketing tools and materials, signing up to our newsletters, you agree to be contacted by any member of BeVisible Online Solutions via calls, text messages, emails and AI voice calls. Should you wish not to be contacted in one of these way, please send us an email with the preferred method of contact you may have to [email protected]

Community Membership Terms

  • Early Bird Offer: The Early Bird offer is available exclusively to the first 100 people who sign up via the free waiting list. This offer grants a discounted subscription rate of $5 per month for the first 12 months. After the initial 12 months, the subscription will automatically convert to the standard rate of $20 per month. Members who cancel during the Early Bird period and wish to rejoin later will lose the Early Bird pricing and must subscribe at the standard rate of $20 per month.

  • Standard Pricing: For members who do not qualify for the Early Bird offer, the standard subscription fee is $20 per month, starting from the first month.

  • Payment Terms: Subscriptions are month-to-month with no fixed contract charged via Stripe. Members may cancel their subscription at any time. If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to charge the fee for up to 14 days. If payment remains overdue after 14 days, access to the community account will be automatically revoked, and the subscription will be cancelled.

  • Request to Terminate Your Account and Subscription:
    Clients wishing to terminate their account may request deletion. Upon receiving the request, an email with a link to delete the account will be automatically sent. Once the link is completed, access to the account will be immediately revoked, and the Stripe subscription will be manually cancelled. Please ensure the correct email address is entered when making this request, as we are not responsible for undelivered forms due to incorrect email entries. If you do not receive a confirmation email of account deletion within 24 hours, please contact us directly at [email protected].

  • Account Termination for Misconduct: Should more than five complaints arise regarding a member’s conduct, including spamming, threatening, or malicious behavior, their subscription will be revoked immediately without prior notice. A notification of this action will be sent to the member after cancellation.
